The Cardano Vietnam News proposal will help the Cardano Vietnam community have an additional channel to convey information about Cardano. Currently, the Vietnamese Cardano community is growing, but there are not many quality and easy-to-understand resources. Vietnam needs to develop more reputable and updated information communication channels about Cardano to support the community to learn and absorb knowledge. Learners also need to have the right information to grasp information about Cardano. Although there have been many suggestions from the Vietnamese community to Vietnameseize these documents, they are only in simple translation form, not really attractive and explained clearly for beginners. Therefore, technical information and news about the Cardano ecosystem need to be presented in a way that is easier to understand.

To solve this problem, we will create original documentary content, publish it into 3 minute videos with powerful illustrations on the Blockchain Cardano Youtube channel. Our videos will have Vietnamese voices and subtitles in English.

Our solution will promote Cardano more widely to potential users in the Vietnam Cardano community. In addition, the Vietnam Cardano Community is increasing with the number of thousands of people, so creating an information channel on the Youtube platform will attract more Developers to participate in the Cardano ecosystem.

• Our solution will help Cardano Vietnam community members gain more knowledge about Cardano Blockchain. ADA holders will gain a better understanding of Cardano's sustainability and technological superiority. • We are a team with 5 years of experience in the field of blockchain technology and the Cardano platform. We have experience in accounting, managing a translation team, having experts in editing translation content and building professional videos.

• We have published videos about cardano on the Youtube Blockchain Cardano channel and received positive reviews from the Vietnamese community, the success of the previous videos has confirmed that our proposal is really necessary and appreciated. Cardano Vietnam community welcomes positively.

Step 1: Select and censor information for translation, including IOHK documentary videos, Cardano news and updates videos, Charles Hoskinson videos.

Step 2: Compile information to be suitable and easy to understand with Vietnamese language, censor translated content.

Step 3: Build a video with appropriate illustrations, dub the video. The finished video will be moderated again before publishing.

We strictly follow the above process to ensure that the content is delivered to the viewers in the best way. Funded funds will be fully used to pay for members' work, details are provided in the detailed budget breakdown.

The big goal of our project: Complete 250 Videos on schedule. We will create a Youtube channel to spread information about Cardano to members of the Vietnam Cardano community.

We divide into 04 milestones, the time to implement each milestone is 3 months and have goals during the 12 months of implementation:

• Translating original documents with over 62 copies/milestone (Total translated documents 250 original documents)
• Compiling concise, easy-to-understand content from original documents over 62 copies/milestone (total compilation: 250 documents)
• Each milestone will do audio reading and publish over 62 videos/milestone. Videos posted on Youtube and over 300 views

The number of channel subscribers increased by each milestone from 5% to 15%.

All achieved goals will be shown: On the task roster and statistics provided by the Youtube Channel. In addition, we can provide monthly and quarterly reports to Catalyst to confirm the completion of the committed goals.

Our implementation process works in common for 04 milestones as follows:

• Step 1: Select and censor information for translation, including IOHK documentary videos, Cardano news and updates, and Charles Hoskinson videos. Translate the contents of these documents into Vietnamese.
• Step 2: Re-compile the selected document content to ensure the following criteria: full main content, concise, easy to understand.
• Step 3: Implement edited content censorship
• Step 4: Read the compiled document and record the Audio, the requirement of the recording is a clear voice, with appropriate intonation for important content.
• Step 5: Build a video with suitable images, dub the video. The video fulfills the requirements: Shows the content well, has illustrations for the content to be described, attractive and easy to understand for viewers.
• Step 6: Verify video content, approve to Public video and post video on Youtube.

Our output includes 250 videos with diverse, engaging, accurate Cardano content.
