Detailed Plan
This proposal relates to the specifics of the Win-Win Dispute Resolution Proposal ( <https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Win-Win-Dispute-Resolution/368353-48088> ) and the more general identity management plugin of the blace.io marketplace creator ( <https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/dtd/368797-48088> ) in that mediators will be verified through Atala PRISM on the Cardano Blockchain to create trust - an essential hurdle to overcome in any marketplace.
Identity is one piece of the puzzle, another one to create trust is the verifiable certification of credentials. As SDKs of Atala PRISM are not yet public and various programs have different degrees and certificates, this part will be handled by an NFT and not through PRISM.

12 months
- onboarded 3 more Universities
- onboarded 1 Mediation Association
- onboarded 1 city-run Mediation program
Budget
4 Full-Stack Developers (1 mo. each at $4000/mo.): $16000
Project Management : $2000
Business development : $2000
Third party technology cost (absorbed by other projects): $0
Total amount requested: $20000
