[IMPACT]

Goodwall is a mobile-first personal and professional development platform with 2M+ members across 150+ countries that guides young people aged 16 to 24 years old through the world of education and work offering them access to equitable and inclusive opportunities. Our mission is to level the playing field for Gen Z, to help them maximize their potential and have a positive impact on society. Goodwall has hosted a number of wide-scale programs and challenges on the platform with a variety of different partners and significant impact.

Goodwall works closely with youth to co-design and continuously adapt the platform and programs. A constant dialogue and collection of feedback is put in place through a series of means such as:

 1. Dialogue with Goodwall’s Student Council, a group made entirely of youth that has both a consulting and advisory role in Goodwall’s governance and strategy;
 2. Regular communication between Goodwall’s Community Management Team and young users on the platform through chats, pages and posting;
 3. Focus groups held regularly and composed in order to provide a representative sample of the target audience; and
 4. Post-program surveys to assess the performance and the impact achieved.

Through this program, we aim to encourage youth to become entrepreneurs in blockchain technology, in particular Cardano, and invite youth to participate in future rounds of Cardano Catalyst. Youth across the world will also have access to educational content, videos, speaker sessions etc, and Goodwall will engage youth to drive awareness of how blockchain can be used to drive social impact. This program will also prompt and incentivise Goodwall members to upload their own user generated content, describing their experiences with blockchain technology and what they have learned so far. Incentives include monetary prizes, access to further blockchain education courses, mentorships, etc.

Our long term vision for the next 6-12 months is to collect user generated content and educational videos on Cardano from different groups within the young community on Goodwall. This content will help to provide access to youth who are interested in blockchain technologies, looking to pursue a career in blockchain, or are young entrepreneurs looking to use disruptive technologies to further their start-ups. Our vision is to be the starting point for youth across the world who are looking to begin their blockchain journeys.

While the Goodwall members are completing their Cardano skill tree, we will be encouraging them to contribute their ideas to Project Catalyst, and we will look to support their applications throughout this process. We will create local, regional, and world-wide Cardano group chats where like minded youth can collaborate on their entrepreneurial ideas.

This solution will produce a diverse portfolio of educational content produced in various languages and formats - from international influencers and educators, to user generated content from youth who are looking to grow into Cardano.

Teams of youth from across the world will collaborate to produce inclusive video content that promotes their education of Cardano, as well as their entrepreneurial ideas they wish to share on the platform. By sharing this user generated content, as well as the educational content, we will increase knowledge, awareness, and adoption of Cardano in young communities globally.

The key objectives of this program are:

 • 1 million impressions
 • 30,000 engagements
 • 2,000 challenge entries
 • Participant feedback to be very positive towards Cardano & blockchain
 • 200 additional entries to the Cardano Catalyst over remaining months of 2022

At the end of the program, the content will live on Goodwall forever, meaning that anyone, anywhere, can access the Cardano program on Goodwall. Goodwall will also create a case study landing page to highlight the successes of the program, and will also act as a tool to encourage other youth to get involved. The video content can also be exported to external platforms (user generated content will require permissions).

Lack of awareness and education - Goodwall will promote Cardano and the educational videos created both on app and externally through digital marketing.

Vague requirements - Proactively engage with the Cardano community during the project planning phase to help understand the exact requirements and expectations.

Lack of communication - Use project collaboration tools to make it easier for staff to carry on their duties, ensuring greater transparency in the project and accountability within the team.

Budgeting issues - It is necessary to use our project scheduling tool, following the budgeting procedure, and make realistic assumptions to avoid cost overruns.

Limited engagement of stakeholders - Goodwall will collaborate closely with the Cardano community, inviting the community to engage with the project team directly.

Fake news - It’s important that we fact check everything before sharing content. This will be achieved through our community managers who monitor all posts.

We recently heard about Catalyst and we are very excited to come on board - we started out connecting with various communities to see how we can collaborate and support the community work. Examples will be innovate Asia, WADA and Cardano4climate.

[AUDITABILITY]

 • Impressions - Impressions are defined as the number of times branded content has been displayed on screen.
 • Engagement - Engagement is defined as the number of times branded content has been liked/commented on Goodwall.
 • Challenge Entries - Challenge Entry is defined as an uploaded video or picture related to the program.

As a standard practice we have end of projects reports which will provide details about the project results. You can view an example report here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wyCjvMrHljOsA5C1dNwU2ps29-ULe9a5/view?usp=sharing

A Google folder will be available to the community with all recorded information and documentation.

Misc KPIs

 • Goodwall aims to receive a minimum of 2,000 video entries that clearly demonstrate Cardano tech use-case solutions from an entrepreneurial point of view.
 • These entries will be from multilingual teams across the world, and we will encourage collaboration across borders.
 • We will also be promoting the use of shared resources, and will create a Google Drive folder to be used by the entrants. This folder will contain raw footage to avoid unnecessary costs and CO2 emissions.

Internal KPIs

 • 1 million impressions
 • 30,000 engagements
 • 2,000 challenge entries
